Job Title: Legal Operations Supervisor (San Diego Office)

About the Role:
Seeking a dedicated and resourceful professional to provide detailed assistance to the busy Human Resources and Operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train the Corporate Services/Production team.
  • Coordinate all attorney new hire training, such as PKILD University.
  • Coordinate all Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) lunch & learn events.
  • Track MCLE records for in-house events for attorneys.
  • Coordinate all facilities requests for the firm, including contacting vendors and coordinating office moves.
  • Program suite access badges.
  • Participate in diversity committee event planning events as well as other event planning.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly Shareholder meetings; calendar and arrange catering if necessary.
  • Tracking HR calendar tickler system for annual/monthly deadlines.
  • Coordinating memberships and dues for the firm, including the CA state Bar dues.
Skills / Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Excellent client service attitude
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality required
  • Friendly and enthusiastic personality
  • Good oral and written communication skills required
  • Results driven with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Strong integrity and ability to exercise good judgement
  • Consistent and punctual attendance
  • Knowledgeable about our firm culture and operations
Compensation & Benefits
  • $27/hour - $38/hour, commensurate with experience.
