Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC is an AV-rated, full-service trial and litigation firm seeking Full-Time Law Post-Bar Law Clerks for Fall 2026 to handle research projects, writing assignments, data analysis, deposition summaries, medical chronologies, attend depositions, mediations, or motion hearings and/or trials in a variety of practice areas.

This role is offered onsite in either our San Diego or El Segundo offices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing for trial.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
- Attend depositions, mediations, hearings and/or trials.
- Organize and analyze documents and evidence.
Experience:
- Successful completion of ABA-accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
- Completion of the July 2026 California Bar Exam, pending results
- Strong knowledge of legal concepts and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, detail-orientation, and organizational skills are required.
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
Compensation & Benefits:
- Post-Bar Clerk: $45.67/Hour
- Potential growth into Associate role, after passing Bar Exam; Associate salary starting at $105,000 on 12/1/2026, with raise to $110,000 on 3/1/2027
